This taster morning workshop aims to offer attendees an opportunity for: * a brief look at Virginia Axline’s 8 principles of non-directive play therapy * how do I accept a child/young person exactly where he/she is? * how can I be non-directive in my response to the child’s actions or conversations? After discussing theory, we will use CYP case examples and skills practice to experience and explore using creativity with CYP clients. Includes: Certificates of attendance for CPD purposes and also Workshop Handbook

This course aims to offer participants a reflective, supportive learning environment to:
